ACM proudly sponsored the WRCIC, which was held May 21-23 in St. Louis, Missouri at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel. Shelly Caprio, Chief Underwriting Officer (left) and Deanna Gilpin, Chief Financial Officer (right), represented ACM at this conference and attended interesting seminars. Deanna Gilpin’s favorite seminar was titled “Leadership for the 21st Century,” presented by Jimmy Blackmon. This presentation was inspiring, and the speaker gave personal examples of how to balance leadership and management to drive success of an organization.
